How to change windows application scaling?

How to change windows application scaling?

This guide applicable to FaxCore License Manager and Migration tool.
 
If you launch either tools and the interface look distorted or some of the controls were hidden or partially visible, the application is not scaling properly in your Windows environment due to various reason. To fix this follow the instruction below. 

  1. Close the application and go to the application folder.
  2. Right click on the application (*.exe) and select Properties.
  3. Go to the Compatibility tab and click on Change high DPI settings button.
  4. Check the following box: Override high DPI scaling behaviour and select System (Enhanced) from the drop down list right below. 


Click OK twice and relaunch the application. The interface should display correctly. 

This is a temporary solution until the affected applications convert to another platform which will not have issue with the DPI scaling.
